RETURN POLICY

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Perks Liftwear allows returns and exchanges up to 10 days of the order delivery date. If 10 days have gone by since you’ve received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for safety and hygiene reasons.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and hang tags must be attached. Original invoice must also be provided with any returns.
Bodysuits are non-refundable for hygiene purposes. 

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If Perks Liftwear determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you

SHIPPING RETURN ITEMS
To return an item (and before shipping back to us) please contact our customer service at info@perksliftwear.com explaining your issue and/or reason for return and we will email you a shipping label for the return. To return your product, attach the provided, emailed shipping label and mail (Attn: Perks Returns)
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

LATE OR MISSING RETURNS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEM REFUNDS
Sorry, all sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have a defective or damaged item or need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at info@perksliftwear.com and we will email you a return shipping label. Please identify on the envelope what kind of return it is.
REPAIRS AND DEFECTS
If you happen to damage your merchandise, we recommend you take your item to a local repair shop.
